The kittens are growing - Here they are at 5 weeks. Next Monday they are due to go to the vet for their first shots. Calvin now goes out on the porch with us to visit them. He is okay as long as they keep clear of him, but growls if they try to play with his tail. LOL. We stay out there with him and them and bring him in when we come in.

Calvin's new buddies

Someone dumped four little 4-week-old kittens outside our church earlier this week. We are fostering them, hoping to find homes for them eventually. Calvin growled at them for a couple days, but now he watches through the window as they romp outside on the screened in back porch. We won't let him out there with them to make sure he doesn't attack them.

We screened in our patio and Calvin is sure we did it just for him. He loves to spend time out there.

A few months ago we got another cat to keep Calvin company. Her name is Moo.
